Cancellation & Refund Policy – PixieStays

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation by Guest

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a partial or full charge.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation by PixieStays

• In rare cases (maintenance, safety issues, force majeure), PixieStays may cancel a booking.

• Guests will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation, subject to availability.
